Hey, I'm Kieran

An Australian with Irish heritage, I've called London home since 2007. The youngest of nine, I come from a long line of sneakerheads, so count myself lucky to have rocked some all-time greats in the way of hand-me-downs, such as original Olympic Jordan VIIs and Reebok Pump Omni Zone IIs.

Growing up watching and playing basketball, 80s and 90s NBA is a big part of my life, with Larry Johnson’s Cons Aero Jets from 1993 being my all-time grail. If I'm not reading and writing about sneakers, I'm teaching my kids how to clean theirs.

Air Jordan 4 OG Bred Reimagined

Air Jordan 4 “Bred Reimagined”

The Tinker Hatfield designed sneaker, originally released in 1989, will see re-release through Nike.com on Feb 17th 2024… however, the latest iteration will feature a leather upper, as opposed to the standard nubuck. And for all the sticklers out there - it should also sport Nike Air on the heel - which as we all know is a must have if the sneaker is to carry any reverence. Happy to see another “reimagined” pair reach the market, and looking forward to seeing which other silhouettes get the same treatment.
